## 04 · Know where your data goes

- **Reminders & pets** (On device): Your reminders and saves are not sent to the developer.
- **iCloud** (When enabled): Sync to your Apple account’s private database.
- **Support email** (When you send): We receive only the question and contact information you choose to provide.

## 05 · Questions

**How can I install it?**

Pawmise is being tested with TestFlight and is not publicly available on the App Store yet. Install through Apple’s TestFlight after receiving an invitation. The app interface is currently Simplified Chinese.

**Why did a notification not appear?**

Check notification permission, Focus and Scheduled Summary in iOS settings. Pawmise schedules advance and late reminders; iOS controls how they are presented.

**How do I restore Pro?**

Use the Apple account that purchased Pro and tap Restore Purchases in My or the Pro screen. Cancelling restoration does not remove existing access. If offline, try again when connected.
